Some mail order and online suppliers offer free delivery for orders above a certain value, and adjust their prices to cover their carriage and packing costs. However, we believe it is in our customers’ best interests to keep our prices as low as possible.
We will normally dispatch your order the same day or the next day, depending on availability. Our aim is to deliver orders to the UK mainland within 3 days.
As we hold very high levels of stock, we are confident that on most occasions we will be able to satisfy your needs. However, if an item you have ordered is out of stock due to exceptionally high demand, we will notify you and you will have the option to cancel or amend your order.

This could be due to a number a reasons; however we will definitely get them out to you as soon as possible, as long as they have been reported to us within two days of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, we offer a 7 day return policy provided that items are unused and in a resalable condition.

- Telephone or email us to obtain a returns number. This number will be valid for 7 days.
